Fogo de Chão in Orland Park will host a special four-course wine dinner featuring selections from DAOU Vineyards.
The evening includes a curated menu with dishes such as blistered branzino, Wagyu New York strip, and other chef-selected courses paired with DAOU wines, including Optimist Sauvignon Blanc and DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.
The dinner begins at 7:00 p.m. and costs $99 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, and advance reservations are required.

Peace Marketplace is bringing live music, drinks, food, and casual outdoor entertainment to Orland Park with its Thursday Nights on the Patio series.
The August 6 event will run from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with local musician Matt Swain performing from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Guests can relax on the patio while enjoying August Hill wine by the glass, cold beer, charcuterie boxes, snacks, and treats from Peace Parlor, including ice cream, coffee, and desserts.
The home store and gift shop will also remain open for anyone interested in browsing while they are there. Thursday Nights on the Patio is designed as a laid-back evening where residents can meet up with friends, listen to live music, and enjoy something to eat or drink.
